Fil-Am Mason invitational shooting tournament

NORCO Running Gun Club presents the Invitational Shootfest for Fil-Am Masons of Southern California to be held on September 19 at Mike Raahauge’s Shooting Complex, 14995 River Road, Corona CA 92880.

This exciting event will incite harmony and fellowship not only amongst Fil-Am masons but also to all Fil-Ams in an exciting environment of competitive sport of pistol shooting. Like in any sporting event, this tournament is of great importance to the Filipino-American community as this fosters esprit de corps, camaraderie, goodwill, and unity among our people in the Southland and beyond. Entry fee is pegged at $33 covering range fees. This event is not a fundraiser.

The shooting competition is ideal for beginners. It encourages new shooters who want to experience shooting sports. It is an exciting competition, perfect for new competitors. The six challenging courses of fire will both entertain and challenge new shooters. Beginners of the sport should not worry as professional range officers will take care of them every step of the way.

Gun owners may use your own equipment (bring 150 rounds and 2 mags or more) minimum 9mm or .38 spl for score, the perfect match for all .45’s, Beretta, Springfield xd, sig sauer, glock, h&k, smith & Wesson etc. Loaner equipment is available with advance notification. No charge for the loaner pistols, just pay for the ammunition.

Check-in time is 8am; safety briefing at 9:30am; competition begins at 10am.
