ACAPINOY is a brainchild of Art Gabot Madlaing, one of the preachers-evangelists of the Golden Gate Church of Christ in San Francisco , California . He is assisted by fellow evangelist James Quitoriano; Dr. John Quiniones, Ph.D, visiting preacher from San Fernando Church of Christ in La Union, Philippines; Hispanic evangelists Alberto Rodriguez and Julio Vega, S. “Our immediate goal and vision is to have the Quarterly ACAPINOY hosted by congregations throughout California . Our long-term goal and vision is to have Quarterly ACAPINOY hosted by congregations throughout the United States ,” Madlaing said.
ACAPINOY is a natural outreach to the fast-growing Hispanic, Asian and Filipino population in California and the United States . It will build camaraderie and cooperation among Christians and sister congregations with multi-cultural and multi-lingual members,” Madlaing concluded.
