Tristan Joseph Ventura Calditaran graduated as Valedictorian of Class 2009 of Los Angeles High School. Tristan is an active participant in both academic and extra-curricular activities. He also played for the Los Angeles High School High School Band and Drill Competition for two school years (2007-2008; 2008-2009). In their category, The Los Angeles High School Band and Color Guards is the undefeated champion for 19 consecutive years of the LAUSD Band and Drill Competition.

In addition to being the Valedictorian of the Class of 2009, Tristan also received the following awards and recognitions: Certificate of Achievements, High Honors; Certificate of Achievements, Visual Performing Arts; The “Semper Fidelis” Award for Musical Excellence by the United States Marines Youth Foundation, Inc and the Marine Corp League; and the Los Angeles High School Alumni Scholarship-Scholastic.

Tristan is the son of Liza Antonio Ventura from Tarlac, Tarlac and Jun Calditaran from Lopez, Quezon. Tristan aspires to pursue a course in engineering and dreams to work in the field of Electronics and Communications,
