The National Federation of Filipino American Associations (NaFFAA) Region 11 Chair Martin Celemin and NaFFAA Nevada Chair Jing Espiritu jointly announce that in order for any Filipino American to run for office and/or vote in the Regional Leadership Conference and Elections of officers on November 7, 2009, he/she must pay the NaFFAA membership dues of $40 on or before August 31, 2009 in accordance with the NaFFAA Region 11 and NaFFAA Nevada decision.
