Alex Cainglet, parish community leader at St. Philomena Church said that the mass will follow the regular Wednesday novena for the Mother of Perpetual Help.
“ President Aquino is a role model as a mother who encouraged the Filipinos to pray in times of crisis. Many Filipino American families at St. Philomena would like to honor her also for her devotion to the rosary,” Cainglet said.
Fr. Thomas Asia, Filipino associate pastor at St. Philomena will officiate the memorial mass.
