MEDITATION is like magic healing for the mental, emotional, and physical aspects of your being. Meditation allows you to touch that area of your soul - the subconscious - that is connected with the high intelligence of the universe. Your subconscious power is twenty times more powerful than anything you can come up with in your conscious brain. Generally, the things you see, feel, touch, and analyze use only 5 percent of your brainpower. This is the conscious mind. The other 95 percent of your brainpower, your subconscious, is all there, you just need a way to access it.

There are a lot of schools teaching meditation techniques that stem from ancient practices, different countries, and varied cultures. These techniques reach different levels and dimensions, so it is important to know what you want to achieve and to get expert guidance from a master in the technique you desire to learn. In this short series of articles, I will focus on Feng Shui Meditation (FSM).

Feng shui, based in the laws of natural attraction, creates balance between your personal energy, the earth’s magnetic field, the man made environment (buildings and material goods), and the natural environment (geological and geographical). Elemental frequencies, color, symbols, and natural formations can all be adjusted in some way to achieve balance.

Just like using feng shui to adjust the environmental energies to suit your needs and balance your existence on earth, feng shui meditation is a fantastic technique that allows you to adjust your personal energy from within to achieve alignment and balance with the universe.

Everyone is born with energy, or a frequency. Since energy is transformed, altered, or affected by other frequencies, if you are not careful, your energy can be affected adversely by negative energy sources. Negative energy manifests in the form of stress and is transferred through other people, the environment, or karma.

Correct and diligent practice of feng shui meditation actually transforms your energy from negative to positive; from stagnant, stuck energy to progressive, thriving energy; and very importantly from unhealthy energy to healthy energy.

Meditation in general develops your spiritual communication with different, cosmic dimensions of energy. Although, skeptics or karmically blocked individuals may deny meditation as an effectivemeans of tapping into higher knowledge, it is important to realize that the messages we receive from higher dimensions through our subconscious mind are more powerful in helping us than what we perceive to be truth in our conscious lives. Conscious brainpower contains the ego, which is susceptible to seeing what it wants to see and often attracts low-level energies. Subconscious brainpower is connected to unwavering truth and attracts high-level frequencies.
