Astrology is a science that charts the movement of the stars, planets and constellations, and reveals how their movement impacts your life. The Zi Wei Do Shu birth chart sections the movement of 116 stars into twelve sectors, or aspects, of your life and considers monthly, annual and ten-year cycles. The following is a general overview of these twelve sectors.

1)       Ming Gong – Vital Energy Sector. This sector reveals your personality, mannerisms, abilities, compatible careers, strength of will and ambition, and tells you about what is predestined for you by providing a life overview. You can tell if a person is smart, ignorant, lazy, or driven by the stars in this sector.

2)       Xiong Di Gong – Sibling Sector. The stars here will tell you what kind of relationship you have with your siblings and can also indicate your siblings’ achievements and career.

3)       Fu Qi Gong – Spouse Sector. This sector indicates the relationship potential with your lovers or spouse. It reveals the quality and level of love and whether there is fighting, abuse, or great understanding. When certain stars appear in this sector, it can also indicate your partner’s sexual tendency. Your Spouse Sector can tell you about the number of marriages or serious relationships you may have, and if marriage is not likely for you. The kind of man or woman that is compatible to you shows up here.

4)       Zi Nu Gong – Children Sector. Your child’s achievement, number of children you may have, and the general quality of your children is shown in this sector.

5)       Chai Gong – Money Sector. This sector relates to your income potential and where your money comes from. You will discover if you acquire your wealth through wages, through investment, gambling, or from running your own business.

6)       Ji Er Gong – Ailment Sector. This sector tells of your health potential, the areas and cause of ailments, and whether you are prone to physical problems due to genes, allergies, asthma, accident, habit, or hygiene.

7)       Qian Yi Gong – Travel Sector. Your life’s potential for travel, relocation, or moving is shown in this sector.

8)       Pu Yi Gong – Helpful People Sector. These stars reveal the quality of friends, partnerships, and social relationships you potentially attract. It is helpful in determining whether or not you should have employees or partnerships.

9)       Kuan Lu – Career Sector. One of the most important sectors, it shows what field is compatible to you. This knowledge prevents you from getting lost and allows you to be successful. It reveals the types of jobs and the ideal level or position you are likely to take - whether you should be an employee or the boss.
