DURING HOLY WEEK it’s customary for us Christians to do some soul searching. It’s time to slow down and reflect. In such period of introspection, I often find myself basking in gratitude. No matter how hard the challenges have been for all of us, especially because of the tough economic climate, it’s still a blessing that we have our family, friends and health.
For me, having good health is a priority. Our health is truly important. At any age, we should pay attention to it.
As much as possible, I try to keep healthy by observing proper diet, exercise and stress-relieving recreational activities like watching movies, socializing with friends and being around loved ones.
To boost energy, I also take vitamin supplements. You may have heard that I have developed my own beauty and supplement line called Enlighten.
It was originally meant to be a skincare beauty product but its effects are beyond that. I call it beauty wi th multi - purpose!
I have confidence in Enlighten because it has worked for me and many others. I believe the secret is in the Glutathione. There was a time when my liver enzyme levels soared to almost 140. Any healthcare professional can tell you this is an abnormal number. My doctor was alarmed with the result. He actually recommended that I undergo biopsy to find out what’s wrong with my liver.
Findings later on pointed to me having a fatty liver. I was ordered to limit my fat intake, which I obeyed the best that I could.
With the help of Enlighten, I was able to "clean house," so to speak. Now my liver enzyme levels are back to normal, thank God!
