Does hell exist?

Many people think that hell does not exist. They think that such a horrid place cannot exist because a loving God would not create such a terrible place, or for those who deny that od exists, they likewise deny that hell exists because they believe that there is nothing after death. But it doesn’t really matter what people think or believe, a fact remains a fact, and if hell exists, it still exists irrespective of what people think. God still exists even if there are those who deny He exists. The paradise on earth called Hawaii still exists even if some people do not believe it does. Some of us have been to Hawaii even if some of us deny it exists. Now, for those of us who are atheists, how can they be so certain that God does not exist, and hell does not exist, when they have not yet died? Is it not the better part of caution to assume that you could be wrong and gamble that hell could exist and try to avoid going there for the rest of eternity than being so cocky now to think that you are so sure that it could not exist and end up there after you die?

But hell does exist. Some people have been there and have returned. Just like some people have been to Hawaii and have returned. Bill Wiese, a realtor from California, has been to hell and returned. Bill has written a book called 23 Minutes in Hell. It is Bill’s sincere hope that his book will be "the closest you will ever come to experiencing hell for yourself." I just read the book yesterday and I would like to share with you how hell is to scare the living daylights out of you. God wants you to know that hell exists. He banished Lucifer and the other fallen angels there. It is populated by demons and hideous creatures beyond the imagination of man. That is where people who have not chosen Jesus go after they die. And hell is a horrible place! There, the inhabitants hate God, and because humans are created in the image of God, they, the devils and demons hate humans. In hell, devils and demons specialize in inflicting pain and suffering on humans but there humans cannot escape by dying because there humans cannot die. Instead, humans experience the most intense pain, suffering, despair, hopelessness, loneliness and isolation for eternity. Why is this so? Because God is not in hell, and humans cannot even think of God in hell. There is no life in hell. It is completely barren and extremely hot. The minute you arrive your are completely naked and placed in a 15’ by 15’ holding cell carved from stone. There is no light. It is completely dark. Inside the cell there are two demons keeping you company.
You will want to get up and run but you will have no strength. "The creatures weren’t animals, but they weren’t human, either. Each beast resembled a reptile in appearance, but took on human for. Their arms and legs were unequal in length, out of proportion-without symmetry. The first one had bumps and scales all over its grotesque body. It had a huge protruding jaw, gigantic teeth, and large sunken eyes. This creature was stout and powerful, with thick legs and abnormally large feet. It was pacing violently around the cell like a caged bull, and its demeanor was extremely ferocious. The second beast was taller and thinner, with very long arms and razor sharp fins that covered its body. Protruding from its hands were claws that were nearly a foot long. Its personality seemed different from the first being. It was certainly no less evil, but it remained rather still. I could hear the creatures speaking to each other. Although I could not identify what language it was, somehow I could understand their words. They were awful words-terrible, blasphemous language that spewed from their mouths expressing extreme hatred for God."
