Feng Shui from a grand view approach

YOU are a multi-dimensional being made up of different factors from your background, intelligence, parents, genes, childhood, to the environment you live in. Because you are multi-faceted, so are your problems. There is generally not one single solution to your problems, so it is important to delve deeper into them to find true solutions.

For example, if your business is not going well, there can be many reasons for it. The reasons can be anything from the economy, quality of your service or product, your marketing, to your business location. Sometimes it is not any of these, but the wrong timing or your incompatibility with your field or business partner. The point is to be able to identify the problematic factors so that you can fix them. Without awareness, you risk putting your energies toward fixing the wrong factor and end up wasting resources that do not solve the problem.

Make room for meditation

MEDITATION is a personal experience. Creating a meditation space where you feel comfortable and free is a key factor to success. If you are distracted or self-conscious, your conscious mind will continue to dominate your thought and you will be unable to tap into the well of peace that resides in the subconscious.

There are many types, or schools of meditation. We choose to focus on Feng Shui Meditation (FSM) because it implies that the very laws of nature that are applied in feng shui of the environment are applied to balancing your personal energy - your mind/body/spirit connection.

Feng Shui meditation brings unlimited benefits

FENG Shui Meditation (FSM) is a way to bring balance into your life. In feng shui, your external environment is adjusted to create positive change in you and your life, because you are a reflection of your surroundings. Likewise, through feng shui meditation, you can also adjust the external workings of your life through making internal adjustments of your personal energy. Creating positive change with both external and internal levels of energy through feng shui adjustments and meditation, the results are almost always better than only doing one or the other.

In meditation, you are able to quiet your conscious mind, which is typically filled with decisions to make, judgments, stresses, and problems to solve, to access your subconscious. Your subconscious is a resource that you can tap into to soothe and enhance your worldly life. It is the eye of the storm and a center of peace.

Self-healing through feng shui meditation

MEDITATION is like magic healing for the mental, emotional, and physical aspects of your being. Meditation allows you to touch that area of your soul - the subconscious - that is connected with the high intelligence of the universe. Your subconscious power is twenty times more powerful than anything you can come up with in your conscious brain. Generally, the things you see, feel, touch, and analyze use only 5 percent of your brainpower. This is the conscious mind. The other 95 percent of your brainpower, your subconscious, is all there, you just need a way to access it.

There are a lot of schools teaching meditation techniques that stem from ancient practices, different countries, and varied cultures. These techniques reach different levels and dimensions, so it is important to know what you want to achieve and to get expert guidance from a master in the technique you desire to learn. In this short series of articles, I will focus on Feng Shui Meditation (FSM).

The power of guardian animals - The Dragonhead Turtle, Money Toad, and Lion

THE dragonhead turtle is a very special animal guardian and one of my personal favorites since I used to dream about it as a child. It is the combination of a dragon and a turtle. The dragon symbolizes authority and power with blessings of heaven, and embodies a strong, protective energy that brings happiness. The turtle represents longevity and therefore, good health. Again, the material the statue is made of adds to the symbolism and power. A dragonhead turtle made out of fluorite is used for releasing negative energies while one that sits on a cluster of ancient Chinese coins also brings wealth.

Whenever a guardian animal is sitting on money, it brings wealth and protects it. One way of acquiring wealth is cultivating the ability to save it by avoiding unexpected expenses and problems that cause money loss. When you make a lot of money by working very hard, it can bring stress and health problems. The turtle component promotes longevity and good health. So, if you desire authority, health, and prosperity, a dragonhead turtle sitting on coins is a good guardian to have.

(1 vote, average: 5.00 out of 5)

IN OUR continuing exploration of animal guardians used in feng shui, we will take brief looks at the dragon, phoenix, and the elephant.

One of the most popular guardian animals is the dragon. The dragon, a ruler of the heavens, symbolizes the blessings of the gods. The Chinese recognize the dragon as a symbol of masculine energy, eternity, power, and authority. That is why we so often see the dragon symbol on the emperor’s robes, crowns, and furniture, and as the royal emblem.
