Create a balanced, shining face for good luck

FENG SHUI is used to balance the energies in your home and environment, but these theories can also be applied to everything around you and on your person, including your face! From the shape of your face, to the relationship between your facial features, to the attributes of each individual feature, balance is very important. If your face is balanced, then your whole life is more balanced and it is easier for you to experience good luck. A balanced face creates a better first impression, thus increasing your chances of finding a good job, doing well in your career, and establishing satisfying, stable relationships.

When determining balance, the face is first divided into thirds horizontally. The first third is the forehead to the eyebrows, which represents the childhood through young adult years. The eyebrows through the tip of the nose is the middle third, representing the young adult through middle-age years; and the upper lip to the chin is the last third, representing the senior years. By examining the specifics within each third, a master can tell something about the energies a person contains and give a general impression of what each of these age groupings will bring. Ideally, the three sections are of equal proportion - balanced. If one of them is bigger or smaller than the other, there is imbalance.

Promote your face, promote your life

IN FENG shui, the shape, design, and layout of your house and floor plan tells us about the energies of your home and how these energies affect your life. When the feng shui in your home is good - meaning the size, orientation, layout, art, and lighting are promoting to you and your family - you will experience peace of mind, and find that you are progressive and focused, allowing you to achieve your goals. Your relationships are more stable and, because your house is seen as an extension of your body, your health will be strong.

Similarly, your physical body is the house of your spirit and your personal energies. The shape, colors, forms, and symmetry of your physical appearance are a manifestation of the energies inside of you. Your outward appearance is a reflection of what is happening internally.

The Opposite House

(Part 2 of 2 )

LAST week you met Shelly and Mac whose master bedroom is incompatible to them with many negative factors, making it vital to implement strong adjustments. I first recommend the Chi Art, "Dragon Turtle Release Disasters." This particular painting has the symbol of the dragon turtle, which represents stability and release of negative energies. On the dragon turtle’s shell, there are many mantra charms for releasing ailments and conflicts. There is also a sea dragon with mantra charms for wealth and business opportunities, as well as several other mantras for protection from disaster and negative people. This painting should be placed on the wall next to Shelly and Mac’s bed.

The Opposite House ( Part 1 of 2 )

SHELLY was referred by an old client of mine. Ever since moving in to her house, her family just had one problem after another.

Shelly has read about feng shui and was curious to know how to make positive changes in their lives. Shelly, her husband Mac and their two daughters all belong to the Western Direction Pattern. This means they all do best when there front entry, bedroom and office are located in the northwest, southwest, west and northeast sectors. However, their home was almost completely an Eastern Direction Pattern house. All the bedrooms and the family room where they spend the most time were located in the south, southeast, east and north sectors oftheir house.

The Condo that Couldn’t – Feng Shui Case Study

(1 vote, average: 5.00 out of 5)

Delphine is a medical professional. Though she had reached a comfortable level in her career she felt she could do better in many areas of her life.

Based on Delphine’s birth date, she belongs to the wood element, which is categorized under the
Eastern Direction Pattern. Her condo’s front door faces east, which matches her, however, as you stand at her front door facing out, you look directly at her neighbor’s door. Facing a door brings conflicts with others. There is also a solid wall on the immediate left and a descending staircase on the right. Associated to the yang (male energies), generation of income, and outside relationships, having the left side walled off similarly blocks Delphine’s relationships with men and her income potential. With the Star 7 in the east this year, she may encounter conflicts or injuries - especially to her limbs.

The silent musician – Feng Shui case study

THEO calls and tells me he’s saved enough money for his feng shui consultation and he’s ready for me to come to his home. I can tell right away that Theo is an earnest man who is serious about feng shui. Although Theo is good at his movie production job, it is not his true passion. He is a musician at heart and wants to compose and create his own album but hasn’t been able to because of spending all his time and energy trying to make a living.

I gather Theo’s birthday information. He is of the Western Direction Pattern, meaning his compatible directions are west, northwest, northeast, and southwest. Theo was also born in the year of the Sheep, making it his year of challenge.

Sick Caregiver – Feng Shui Case Study

CLAIRE recently called and told me that she’s called before, almost ten years ago. Though interested in a feng shui consultation, something always came up to prevent her from going through with it. Such was her karma. She’s known that something was wrong with her house, and although she moved out of it for a couple of years, she’s back in and things are again not going well. She feels sick all the time, has no energy, is depressed, and can’t seem to move forward in her career. Fortunately, this time she was able to have me come out as soon as possible.

Approaching her house, I could already tell from the front door being blocked by the garage and the two dead tree stumps on the left and right of her garage, that the people liv-ing here were likely to be weak, sick, and blocked by obstacles.

Feng Shui Case Study – Headaches in the Bedroom

MARY AND HER HUSBAND Mark live in a house set on top of a small hill in Glendale. Mary belongs to the water element and is an Eastern Direction Pattern person, while Mark is an earth element person belonging to the Western Direction Pattern. Their house sits northwest and faces southeast.

Q: Why did the client call?

Master Jenny Liu: Mary was experiencing a lot of health problems and sleeplessness. Mark lost his job. Before moving to this home, they were healthy and Mark’s job was stable. Now, with Mary’s health issues and Mark’s recent set back, they are struggling and not able to move forward in their lives.

Virtual Feng Shui consultation – The Conclusion

(Part 5)

LAST WEEK, we repositioned Mary’s bed to keep it out of alignment with the bedroom door and away from the wall that the stove was up against. Because the bedroom is where we replenish our energy, it is important to address the decor. The artwork you surround yourself affects you on a psychological level and can influence your behavior and mentality.
