THERE are at least 130 factors that contribute to a person’s well-being. Some of the factors are what you’re given and can’t be changed, and others you do have control over. In this article you will find plenty of areas where you can make adjustments and increase your chances for a youthful, healthy life.

Genetics play a part in your health and in how you age. If your parents maintain a youthful appearance, chances are you will benefit from that. Karma plays a role in genetics, too. A person with a karma of suffering will definitely age more than someone who experiences good luck throughout their life. The burial spot of your ancestors also affects your genetics. Even when dead, a person continues to absorb energy from mother earth in the burial ground, which is transferred to the genes and frequencies of the children.

The feng shui of your environment affects your health. When your feng shui is compatible, your life is less stressful and happier, which affects your health in a positive way. Because universal energies change each year, you must make annual adjustments at whatever level you can to maintain good feng shui.

Your personality affects your health energy. If you are nervous, stressed, and sensitive, you tend to age more quickly. Those of you with an easygoing personality look younger and stay healthy.

Good nutrition is a factor that cannot be emphasized enough. Eating the right foods balances your organs and physiological system. You also absorb nutrition effectively by eating the correct food combinations.

Exercise at least one hour a day by doing an activity that is compatible with you. It can be anything from walking or gardening, to a more strenuous activity like running. Exercise keeps you flexible, helps you absorb oxygen for a clear mind, eliminates fat, strengthens the heart, and relieves stress.

Any positive belief system helps to release stress and feel connected with the Universe. Whether it’s a sense of well-being from being part of life, or a way of feeling unburdened through prayer, it elevates your life.

Keep your blood circulation strong, especially if you have a sedentary job. Any kind of movement will increase your circulation. When your circulation is strong, not only does it prevent energy from getting stuck in your body and perhaps creating disease, but it keeps healthy color in your skin, enhancing your appearance.
