Star 4 is out of cycle with Period 8, indicating that many students or scholars will be out of work. The facing metal Star 7 and sitting fire Star 9 conflict. This combination with Star 4 can bring sand or dust storms and high winds to the northern regions that cause fire, especially in mountain areas. There may also be air crashes and rebellion. Northern regions will need social and environmental experts to help prevent and overcome these climatic and ecological problems.
