2010 Zodiac – Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon (Part 1 of 4)

E-mail Print

EVERY year, it is entertaining and usually quite enlightening to consult your zodiac forecast or your Zi Wei Do Shu birth chart. Although the birth chart is far more detailed and accurate because it calculates over 116 stars based on your birth month, day, year, and hour, not everyone knows their birth hour. The next best thing is consulting the zodiac based on your birth year.

The following is a preview of the 2010 Zodiac forecast. General feng shui adjustments for each zodiac can be found at our website, www.Liu-FengShui.com.

Tiger: The Prudent Tiger finds a way

1926, 1938, 1950, 1962, 1974, 1986, 1998, 2010

Tiger persons may be growling this year as it is their year of challenge, or tai shui. Tiger persons should take extra precautions and make thorough plans before they embark on their journey through 2010, as the path is quite the obstacle course. Although most Tiger persons are known for their prowess under pressure, for those who prefer a little sugar with their medicine, use this year to take a sabbatical to reflect and make plans. Keeping things simple and avoiding complications is the better way to go. This means steering clear of activities like risky investments, lending money, committing to business partnerships, starting up construction, getting involved in questionable relationships, traveling to potentially hazardous areas, or sponsoring others.

Tiger persons will be pulled in many directions, especially female Tigers who need to tend to family illnesses, hospitalization, or grief. Spreading yourself too thin can make you vulnerable to ailments and allergies. Because the stars are aligned for conflicts, Tiger persons will encounter stress in their personal and professional relationships. Be aware of your temper, as it can make you say regretful things or provoke legal issues. Do not make unwarranted judgments in anger, as these will come back to bite you. Exercising prudence and keeping away from gossip will minimize loss and harm.

Rabbit: The Diligent Rabbit get support

1927, 1939, 1951, 1963, 1975, 1987, 1999

There are two perspectives for Rabbit persons in 2010. From the outside, anyone would think the Rabbit person is enjoying a peaceful year earning a stable income. On the inside, Rabbit persons know better. It is their extremely hard work behind the scenes that sets this outward impression. Rabbit persons need to take it one step at a time. Be sure to understand what needs to be done and what your responsibilities are before jumping in to do the work. Rabbit persons are generous and thoughtful by nature. You may think you are helping by doing more, and may even get extra credit, but you end up unappreciated and tired. Avoid being overly ambitious or doing more than you need to. Bite off too big a piece of the carrot and Rabbit persons just might choke. In other words, being unfocused or greedy can lead to stress that brings illness. Rabbit persons do well to keep a balance between work and well-being.

Dragon: The Diplomatic Dragon soars

1928, 1940, 1952, 1964, 1976, 1988, 2000

Dragon persons fly high as many positive stars shine for them in 2010. They enjoy travel and meet helpful people who bring new opportunities. Dragons are likely to experience expansion or promotion in their career and they achieve accolades from their peers on the work front. However, on the personal side, Dragon persons may need to contend with family issues, especially if they have teenagers in the household. Taking a firm stand and demanding that rules be followed will backfire. Being able to compromise will minimize setbacks and rebellion. Seek to collaborate with your teenager rather than dueling it out. This way, you may discover something very important you need to know about your child. If you are planning to remodel or expand your home or office, be careful whom you hire and make sure your remodel keeps in line with good feng shui.
