Stargazing at ABS-CBN: AJPress meets Star Magic

Stargazing at ABS-CBN: AJPress meets Star Magic

MANILA —We were standing outside the alley that led to ABSCBN’s Studio 10, all ten of us members of paper, like we were some kind of movie fans. The alley had doors, and more alleys and doors appeared as we were led to see the stars of Star Magic, ABSCBN’s pool of stars. We passed by doors that contained names familiar. One even had "Vhong/Sam/Echo" and many more names, which ended with an abbreviated one, "JLloyd." The boys’ dressing room, of course. The next door had the name "Angel," and nothing else. Annie, who flew in from her home base in New York, hardly looked her age. Hair in a short bob and wearing a sequined white top with a black blazer over pinstriped pants, she cut a relaxed figure as she sang both rarely heard and oft-covered classics.

MANILA - A show biz-oriented website announced that San Sebastian cager JC Tiuseco, 23, won the reality program “Survivor Philippines,” which started airing on GMA 7 only three weeks ago. Program host Paolo Bediones branded the website as a “spoiler.”
