DOJ dismisses case filed against Richard

In an article from Philippine Entertainment Portal (PEP), Anabelle Rama happily announced the DOJ’s decision to dismiss the case of her son Richard Gutierrez. Richard’s legal counsel said that the complaint filed by Pardo’s widow against Richard Gutierrez for Reckless Imprudence resulting in Homicide was dismissed by the Department of Justice. The five-page resolution was released on March 10, 2010 and was signed by Secretary Agnes VST Devanadera.

The March 17 press conference of AS1… The Repeat concert was fun and serious at the same time. Gary Valenciano and Martin Nievera, as usual, were great to watch; both are good speakers who answered all the questions with profound sincerity, humility and intelligence, while oozing with charm and charisma that never fail to delight and attract people.
The first question was about politics and the coming May 2010 elections in the Philippines; and if the two have ever considered running for office.
Martin quickly answered, "I would run, run, run – far away from the political stage."

This is exactly what Kris Aquino did upon learning that she offended her co-host, Ruffa Gutierrez with her remark in last Sunday’s episode of The Buzz. The apology was done not just once, but three times by the actress. First, through a text message that was sent to PEP, second through a TV interview and third, through print.

Afterspending months in hiatus to grieve the passing of her mother, Rosalinda Martinez, Maricel Soriano is back to work and plans to keep herself busy this year. The Diamond Star was bereaved by the loss of her beloved mom who died last year and shied away from the limelight. Up to now, the actress could not believe that her mom is gone and is still deeply affected by her loss. In an interview with PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal), Maricel expressed the grief and the sadness she felt at that time, the struggles she went through accepting her mom’s death. "Nakatanga, nakatulala. Oo naka-stare lang talaga ako. Merong isang buong araw na hindi ako nagsasalita. Tapos lahat ng naririnig ko, parang me kinalaman sa nangyari. Very close kasi ako sa mommy ko kaya nga tawag namin sa kanya ‘Wonder Woman’ di ba? Ito yung makaka-relate ka sa mga nawawalan. Syempre we would always say na we understand. Pero it’s different. Ang feeling ko, hindi mo basta sasabihin yon. Ang hirap ilabas yung nakikiramay ka. Saka alam mo, parang nando’n ka, pero wala ka dun. Masyadong ano tulala…yung ‘Ha? Ano yun? Bakit?’
