IN show business, it is rare to see celebrities who would openly share their love life to the public. Most of them would deny the relationship and would simply admit it when the relationship is already over and done with.
Not so with Angelica Panganiban and Derek Ramsey, who have been very open with their love and affection towards each other from the beginning. Now, their relationship is in a whole new level --much more deeper and stronger.
Derek Ramsey who is known to be a man of few words, has become very vocal and all-out with his feelings about current flame, Angelica. In a video interview at The Buzz last Sunday, Derek’s words showed sincerity and the depth of love he has towards Angelica.
"She definitely is my angel. Bagay na bagay sa kanya ang pangalan nya. Mahilig yan sa PDA. But you don’t really judge somebody on how they love someone by the affection they show physically. There’s something intangible that is there and I just feel the presence every time I’m with her, it surrounds me, embraces me. When I’m with her I feel loved, I feel safe and I feel very, very happy" says the actor.
He has nothing but praises for Angelica. He admitted that she is the one who gives inspiration and direction to his life. "There’s a reason why Angel entered my life, and the reason why she came into my life is to give me some sort of direction. Andami na nyang pinagdaanan at mas matitindi ang mga pinagdaanan ni Angel kesa sa akin. She is a very strong woman. She is a full-grown woman. I have a lot of weaknesses and Angel is there to pick me up and get me back on my feet" says the actor.
"This is the most serious relationship I’ve ever had. I don’t like to compare one relationship [with] the next, but if ever asked to, walang comparison," he added.
When asked if he’s ready to settle down, he said "Kung yun ang gusto ni Angel, ibibigay ko. I always try to give her everything she wants and pag kaya, ibibigay ko. One day maybe all our hard work and efforts will pay off and we’ll have a couple of Ramseys running around."
His message for Angelica: "Babe, everyone’s got their eyes on us, waiting and expecting to see if we walk down that aisle. I’ve always said from day 1, if that’s what you want, that’s what I will give. I think it’s definitely around the corner but where we are right now, I’m very, very happy and very much in love."
