The Filipino American Business Association of Glendale, FABAG, is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting and empowering Fil-Am businesses and our partners through business networking mixers, seminars, workshops, and more. We also enrich the community through cultural celebrations and community service. We are a diverse group of businesses ranging from small businesses to corporations. Our members are an eclectic mix of ethnicities and talents who work together to benefit society in general.

The Filipino American Business Association of Glendale (FABAG) is a non-profit group of business and professional men and women that exists in this great community for the purpose of providing exemplary business leadership, cultural awareness, and community services.

Goals
- to provide community-wide celebrations of Filipino Americans’ cultural heritage to foster positive self-image and cultural pride, especially among the young
- to advance cross-cultural understanding through appreciation of our similarities and differences
- mobilize the Filipino American community to share resources and network with one another to uplift the community
- to highlight the group’s economic and political participation to the community and maximize the community’s promising potential contribution to society
- to recognize the contribution to the cultural, social, and economic growth of the City of Glendale and community-at-large
- to engage the various sectors of the community -- business, educational institutions, cultural and governmental organizations - in a collaborative effort to celebrate cultural diversity.
