AfterWorld War II, young men from the town of Naic, Cavite, Philippines joined the Armed Forces of the United States, particularly the Navy and Coast Guard. Thereafter, these young men became US citizens. Soon, they were joined by their parents, brothers and sisters. Here, they met and mingled with the families of the retired members of the famed Philippine Scouts who preceded them. A decade or so later, young professionals of our town such as physicians, dentists, nurses, pharmacists, engineers, accountants, teachers, etc., swelled the number of our kababayans residing in the States. They arrived as immigrants and a great number of them stayed in California.

But no matter how well they lived in comfort, with good income, they still felt some sort of longing for their native land. They missed the traditional celebrations of the feast of San Isidro de Labrador, the Christmas holidays, and most especially the annual town fiesta in honor of our most beloved patroness, the Immaculate Conception. It is for this reason that a number of former residents of this town, who are now permanently residing in the Bay Area, met and planned for the formation of the association in order that they may continue to enjoy closer unity.

The association aims to perpetuate the history and identity of the "Naicians" in America -- to stimulate and promote closer relationship among our youths, and to encourage cultural, religious and social activities which will enhance the morale and well-being of its members, in the communities where they reside.

In November 26, 1977, under the leadership of Tommy Molina, Danny Molina, Ver Policar, Eleng Gonzaga, and others, to name a few, was held on November 26, the Naic Alliance in California was born.
