NEW JERSEY – Emphasizing and taking pride in the talent of a young FilAm girl, 9 year old Lianah Sta. Ana of Freehold, NJ competed in her first ever talent competition last March 28 at The Guild Theatreworks production of Jersey Shore "Idol" Contest. Lianah won the first place cash prize and was the youngest out of 17 contestants.
1st place – Lianah Sta. Ana of Freehold, NJ – 9 yrs old (youngest of the 17 contestants)
2nd place – Stephanie Hanvey of Howell, NJ – 11 yrs old
3rd place – Marissa Patella – 12 yrs old
Audience favorite – Chris Grodowski
The winning song Lianah performed during her first talent competition is Beyonce’s "Listen." She is currently attending Laura Donovan School in Freehold, NJ and is in fourth grade.
