Atty. Mosqueda named 2017 Super Lawyer

ON August 31, 2016, Super Lawyers announced the selection of Roman P. Mosqueda to the 2017 Southern California Super Lawyers list.

Because Mr. Mosqueda has demonstrated excellence in the practice of law, he is receiving an honor that is limited to no more than five percent of the attorneys within California.

Mr. Mosqueda was admitted to the Philippines Bar in 1969, the New York Bar in 1980, and the California Bar 1984. He has published two law bo0ks: Marriage and Its Dissolution Handbook and Law and Jurisprudence On Product Liability: A Comparative Study; and numerous legal articles. He is a recognized expert on Philippine law and U.S. products liability. He is also a Proctor In Admiralty, and a licensed Real Estate Broker in California

His practice is concentrated on Immigration Law, Estate Planning & Living Trust, Criminal Law, Family Law, Civil Law Suits, Bankruptcy, Real Estate Law and Serious Personal Injury Law.

Aside from being Immigration Super Lawyer, he has been awarded: Best Attorney in America, National Advocates Top 100 Lawyers In America, 10 Best Family Law Attorney, Trial Masters Lifetime Members, Top 10% U.S. Attorney of Distinction, and Million Dollar Advocate Forum.
