Fr. Mark Reburiano officiated the Holy Mass during the 39th Fiesta of the Jesus Nazareno de Quiapo

REV. Fr. Mark Reburiano, one of the youngest Filipino priests here in Northern California, officiated the Holy Mass that highlighted the 39th annual fiesta of the Nuestro Senor Padre Jesus Nazareno de Quiapo.  The 18th century replica of the miraculous image of Jesus of Nazarene was owned by the late Dona Mercedes Syquia de Villar of Vigan, Ilocos Sur, and was inherited by her son, beauty impresario Ferdie Syquia de Villar.  Ferdie personally brought the image with him when he moved here in San Francisco 39 years ago.

Fr. Reburiano is the new pastor of Saint Isabella Church in San Rafael in Marin County.  He is one of the youngest priests educated in Rome.
