SUCCESSFUL businesswoman and a newcomer in the Daly City political arena Dorie Paniza, heads the list of well-known personalities celebrating their birthday this September. Paniza, owner of Daly City Physical Therapy and chain of Araville Residential Care Homes in San Francisco and South San Francisco, is the first Filipina who will try her luck to win a seat in the Daly City Council this November 2 election. She will turning 48 on September 11, and will be celebrating on Friday, September 10, at Edna’s Ichiban Library in Westborough at 6pm.
