IN Baltimore, Maryland, a Filipino priest is serving the Lord in the Archdiocese at the

Cathedral of Mary Our Queen, 5200 N. Charles St. Baltimore, MD 21210. His name is Rev. Pete Literal and he has been ministering as a priest in America for the past twenty-five years.

Born and raised in the Philippines, Fr. Pete attended St. Augustine Seminary in Mindoro

and the Divine Word Seminary in Tagaytay. He was ordained as a Diocesan in the Archdiocese of Lipa in 1978.

Fr. Pete’s areas of experience and ministerial training have been in the fields of:

Parish, National / Diocesan Administration, Post Graduate Education, Hospital Chaplaincy, Youth and Young Adult Ministry, and also non-profit and Social Service Work.

The incardination of Fr. Pete Literal in the Diocese/Archdiocese of Baltimore is currently in process.
