Alfred LardizabalONE of the key leaders in Hawaii is a very active Filipino American who has been serving the community for the past 40 years. Alfred C. Lardizabal is currently the Director of Government and Community Relations, in the Laborers’ International Union of North America, Local 368 Honolulu, Hawaii, a position he has held since 2002.

Lardizabal’s service to the state include:
