Guam Senator Rory J. RespicioFILIPINO American Senator Rory J. Respicio attained a tremendous amount of practical and meaningful government experience well beyond his years. As Director of the Department of Youth Affairs, Rory managed a team of more than 100,000 individuals, 3 divisions. He has implemented successful programs, encouraging the positive development of adolescents, including prevention, incarceration and rehabilitation.
