Citizen Pinoy Presents AXG: Abunda and Gurfinkel (Part 2) this Sunday, June 13

This Sunday, Citizen Pinoy brings more of the questions answered during their very first virtual Q&A held via Zoom.

AXG: Abunda and Gurfinkel, moderated by Asia’s King of Talk, Boy Abunda, and leading U.S. immigration attorney, Michael J. Gurfinkel, provide answers and relevant immigration information to guests and viewers.

In the second installment, Nico, from Quezon City in the Philippines, relates that the petition from his father is current. However, the name on his passport is different from the name on his birth certificate. Will this be an issue when he goes for his Embassy interview later this year?

Angel arrived in the U.S. as a tourist in 2010. Her mother petitioned her in 2013, and now, she got a letter from the NVC telling her to prepare for her Embassy interview in Manila. Angel wants to know if she must go back to the Philippines for her interview. She is worried that if she leaves the U.S., she might be banned from returning, as she is currently out-of-status.

These and more immigration questions will be answered in the second installment of Citizen Pinoy presents AXG: Abunda and Gurfinkel, this Sunday at 5:30 PM PT (8:30 PM ET thru select Cable/Satellite providers). Citizen Pinoy is also available on iWantTFC. Viewers may download the app for free.
