  1. I’m a US citizen I petition my married son last 2008, then thru the years my son was divorced by her wife and goes to Canada with their 2 children. Now my son’s status is single is there’s way to change his status so the processing of his paper will be faster and will not wait for long years. Can you please help me regarding this. Thank you
