Consul General De La Vega’s farewell call to the Office of Foreign Missions in LA

LOS ANGELES  – Consul General Maria Hellen Barber De La Vega pays farewell to US Department of State, Office of Foreign Mission Assistant Regional Director Richard McCurry.  Consul General De La Vega will be assuming her new position at the Department of Foreign Affairs, Manila as Senior Special Assistant to the Undersecretary for Policy.  The OFM-LA congratulated the Philippine Consul General on her new assignment.  Consul General De La Vega on her part thanked the OFM team in Los Angeles for their support and assistance during her tour of duty and informed Mr. McCurry that upon her departure Deputy Consul General Imelda Panolong will be Acting Head of Post.
